Easy-to-make peanut butter fudge with marshmallows made with white and brown sugars, butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Grease a 9-inch square pan with butter.
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, mix brown sugar, white sugar, milk, and butter. Cook until it reaches soft ball stage at 234 degrees F (112 degrees C), then remove from heat.
  • Combine creamy and rich peanut butter, aromatic vanilla extract, and fluffy marshmallows in the mixture. Stir until the marshmallows melt and the flavors meld together beautifully. Transfer the decadent mixture into the pan and let it cool thoroughly before slicing into 16 irresistible squares.
