Magical marshmallow fudge peanut butter with a secret fluffy twist for irresistible holiday bliss.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups white sugar, divided
  • 0.75 cup margarine, divided
  • 0.66666668653488 cup evaporated milk, divided
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme (such as Kraft Jet-Puffed), divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • In a heavy saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 6 tablespoons of margarine, and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk to a full rolling boil while stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  • After taking the mixture off the heat, gently mix in the chocolate pieces until fully melted. Then add half of the marshmallow creme and half a teaspoon of vanilla. Beat until everything is thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Continue the process with the remaining ingredients, using peanut butter instead of chocolate pieces. Spread the mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.
  • Allow the fudge to cool until firm at room temperature, then cut it into squares.
