Indulgent peanut butter fudge with a rich flavor, cut into 8 dozen bite-sized squares. A decadent treat for any peanut butter lover, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1.5 cups evaporated milk
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips
Instructions:
  • Grease a 7x11 or 9x13 inch pan with butter.
  • Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk, and butter in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a rolling boil. Continue to boil and stir for 5 minutes, ensuring not to burn it. Watch carefully.
  • After taking it off the heat, swirl in the peanut butter chips until fully melted. Transfer the mixture into the pan to set and cool. Once set, cut into small bite-sized squares.
  • Once the mixture comes to a boil, split it in two. Stir in 1 cup of peanut butter chips into one half and 1/2 cup cocoa powder plus 1/4 cup melted butter into the other half. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pan, then top it with the cocoa mixture. Allow it to cool before cutting into squares.
