Decadent peanut butter ice cream pie with a peanut and graham cracker crust, swirled with velvety vanilla ice cream and chunky peanut butter.
Ingredients:
  • 9 graham crackers, crushed
  • 0.75 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 0.5 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup chopped salted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for perfect baking temperatures.
  • Combine graham crackers, 3/4 cup peanuts, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix in melted butter until it resembles wet sand, then press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven until it turns a light golden brown, approximately 8 minutes, then transfer it to the freezer to cool.
  • In a large bowl, gently blend ice cream and peanut butter until well mixed. Transfer mixture into the chilled crust. Top with 1/4 cup peanuts. Freeze until filling is firm, for a minimum of 6 hours.
  • Let the pie thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
