Indulgent cookie pie with rich chocolate and peanut butter candy - a sweet treat for your Valentine!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup M&M's® chocolate candies red, white and pink
  • 1/2 cup M&M's® chocolate candies peanut butter red, white and pink
  • 8 Reese's peanut butter filled hearts milk chocolate candies, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a large bowl, stirring until a soft dough forms. Mix in 3/4 cup chocolate candies and 1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate candies. Press dough into the bottom of a pie plate. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chocolate candies on top and lightly press them in. Gently press heart-shaped candies into the dough.
  • Bake for 28-30 minutes until the center is fully set and the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before cutting. Store in a tightly covered container.
