Satisfy hunger with a quick and easy pear crumble.
Ingredients:
  • 4 firm williams or beurre bosc pears, peeled, cored
  • 500g frozen mixed berries
  • 250.00 ml Oven-Crisp Muesli
  • 125.00 ml plain flour
  • 60g butter, softened
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut each pear into 8 wedges and place them in a bowl. Add the berries and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix them together gently to combine.
  • Spoon the fruit mixture into six 1-cup ovenproof cups or a 6-cup baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix muesli, flour, and 1/4 cup sugar. Add butter and rub it into the dry ingredients using your fingertips until you get a coarse breadcrumb texture. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit, transfer to a baking tray, and bake for 40 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with ice-cream.
