Elevate peas with tangy marinated artichokes for a gourmet side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 40.00 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 500g fresh peas (See note) or frozen peas
  • 6 marinated artichokes, drained
Instructions:
  • In a deep frypan over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add parsley, garlic, lemon juice, peas, and artichokes. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  • Generously season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then enjoy with quail (refer to notes).
