Easy-to-make chocolate caramel pecan clusters are a decadent delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 pound dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
Instructions:
  • Combine caramels, butter, and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth, for about 3 minutes. Mix in pecans.
  • Spoon caramel pecan mixture onto parchment paper and chill in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Dip caramel clusters into chocolate using a fondue fork, coat well, and place on parchment paper to set. Chill until firm, if needed.
