Savor these crispy, flavorful golden pepper and parsley beef schnitzels.
Ingredients:
  • 1 Free Range Egg
  • 20.60 gm milk
  • 95g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 20.00 ml flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 Beef Schnitzels, halved crossways
  • Rice bran oil, to shallow-fry
  • 2 x 150g pkts Brand Superfood Salad Bowl
  • 100g mustard
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, season the mixture. In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, pepper, and parsley. Dip the beef into the egg mixture first, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • In a medium frying pan over medium-high heat, sizzle the oil until it shimmers. Brown the beef for 2 minutes on each side or until a beautiful golden crust forms. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to rest.
  • Plate the salad, generously drizzle with creamy mayonnaise, layer with tender beef slices, and garnish with fresh lemon wedges before serving.
