Quick and healthy peppered beef stir fry, ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 400g pkt No Added Hormones Beef Sizzle Steak, sliced
  • 1/2 750g Kitchen Classic Vegetable Stir Fry Bag
  • 200ml pkt Peppercorn Sauce
  • 2 x 250g pkts Microwave Basmati Rice
Instructions:
  • Preheat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry one-third of the beef until browned, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and repeat with the remaining beef in batches.
  • Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they slightly soften. Then, return the beef to the pan, add the sauce, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Heat the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Serve the rice and beef mixture on individual plates and season to taste.
