Golden Bisquick pizza pockets - crispy crust with your favorite toppings inside, no utensils needed!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup very warm water (120°F to 130°F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and generously coat with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, very warm water, and olive oil in a medium bowl, stirring until the mixture is moistened. Allow it to stand for 15 minutes.
  • Gently knead the dough to form a ball, then divide it into 8 equal parts. Flatten each part and use a rolling pin to create circles that are approximately 1/8-inch thick. Arrange the circles on a cookie sheet.
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of marinara sauce on each, then layer 1 slice of pepperoni and another tablespoon of cheese. Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pinching them together.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot, or let cool, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze until needed.
