Create mouthwatering pizza pockets by filling crescent dough with zesty sauce, gooey mozzarella, and savory pepperoni before baking to a crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 0.25 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place dough on cookie sheet and shape into 4 6x4-inch rectangles, pressing firmly to seal perforations.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on one half of each rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cheese on each half, then top with 6 slices of pepperoni. Fold the dough over the filling diagonally and press the edges firmly with a fork to seal. Sprinkle each triangle with 1/4 teaspoon of grated cheese and use the fork to prick the tops to allow steam to escape.
  • Bake until beautifully golden and serve warm.
