Kid-approved breakfast pizza with crescent roll crust, loaded with eggs, cheese, hash browns, and sausage.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup thawed loosely packed hash browns
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimentos, or to taste
  • 1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a hot skillet, brown and crumble the sausage for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Line the bottom of a rimmed pizza pan with crescent rolls. Layer on sausage, hash browns, pimentos, and oregano.
  • Combine the eggs, Cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then drizzle over the pizza.
  • After 25 minutes in the preheated oven, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
