Create a vibrant vegetable pizza using crescent roll dough, topped with flavorful seasoned cream cheese and colorful fresh toppings for a delicious appetizer or meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1.4 ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix (such as Knorr®)
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 0.5 cup chopped carrot
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Lay out the crescent roll dough in an 11x14-inch jelly roll pan, pressing together any perforations and seams to form a crust.
  • Place in the heated oven until the crust is a beautiful golden brown, approximately 10 minutes. Allow it to cool fully for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and vegetable soup mix in a bowl. Spread the creamy mixture over the crust. Top with radishes, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, and celery, pressing the vegetables into the creamy base.
  • Slice the pizza into squares, wrap it in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
