Whip up these delicious pretzels in no time using store-bought crescent roll dough!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough (such as Pillsbury®
  • 8 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water and baking soda to a rolling boil over high heat. Then, lower the heat to keep the water at a simmer.
  • Start by elegantly rolling each crescent roll triangle from the large end into a luxurious 12-inch rope. Then, gracefully shape the rope into a charming pretzel form.
  • Lower one pretzel at a time into the simmering water for 7 to 8 seconds using a spider strainer. Transfer pretzels to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each pretzel with a mixture of egg and 1 tablespoon of water from a small bowl.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, about 12-14 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Take out of the oven. Brush each pretzel with decadent melted butter and generously sprinkle with coarse salt while piping hot.
