Creamy vanilla cheesecake with a hint of cinnamon in the crust, easy elegance.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). - Combine crushed graham crackers, 1 teaspoon of sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts using a whisk. - Add butter and mix well. - Firmly press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • After baking for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, take it out and let the crust cool.
  • Using an electric mixer on medium-low speed, combine the cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla, then gently fold in the sour cream until just blended to avoid cracking. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
  • After baking for 30 minutes, allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
