Master the art of creating velvety scrambled eggs by keeping it simple.
Ingredients:
  • 8 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 83.33 gm light cream
  • 25g butter, chopped
  • Toasted crusty bread, to serve
  • Chopped chives, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk until frothy.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then gently stir in eggs with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes until just set. Remove from heat. (Note: Eggs should be just cooked through, not runny.)
  • Garnish with chives and pair with crispy toasted bread.
