Irresistibly crispy chicken strips that will be a hit with everyone!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle Peri-Peri Sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • All-purpose flour, seasoned
  • 120g cornflakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C, then crush the cornflakes.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off any extra. Dip chicken into peri-peri sauce and coat with crushed cornflakes.
  • Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil and arrange the chicken pieces evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, ensuring a golden brown finish.
  • Enjoy with a side of spicy peri-peri sauce for dipping.
