Elevate your breakfast with a simple, delicious omelette.
Ingredients:
  • 30ml PERi-PERi Sauce
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 50g fine asparagus
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • In two separate bowls, carefully separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks and then mix in the peri-peri sauce.
  • Whisk the egg whites into soft peaks, then gently fold in the yolk mixture.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and quickly cook asparagus and tomatoes for 1 minute.
  • Reduce heat to low and gently pour in the beaten eggs. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the omelette is firm and beautifully golden underneath.
  • Sprinkle Swiss cheese on one side of the omelette, then gently fold in half.
