Persimmon pudding: Blend pulp with spices, eggs, sugar, flour, and butter, then bake for a delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups persimmon pulp
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
  • Collect all your ingredients first. Then, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the sugar, persimmon pulp, eggs, and baking soda until fully combined.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Add in the milk and melted butter, then stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 55 minutes in the preheated oven until the pudding rises and sets; it will slightly sink once out of the oven.
