Ingredients:
  • 1 x 300g garlic foccacia, halved, split
  • 150g tub chunky basil pesto
  • 70g shaved salami
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill on high and grill the cut side of the focaccia for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Spread the fragrant pesto on toasted focaccia, then layer with savory salami and creamy cheese. Grill until the cheese is perfectly melted, approximately 3 minutes.
