Create a delicious pasta dinner with just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 375g spaghetti
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 red capsicums, thinly sliced
  • 150g shaved salami, chopped
  • 190g jar rocket pesto
  • rocket leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in salted water as per packet instructions until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add capsicum and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened for about 5 minutes. Add salami and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until just browned for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the flavorful pesto with the capsicum mixture until warm. Toss in the pasta and mix well. Present topped with fresh rocket leaves.
