Pesto kebabs with salad

Delicious Mediterranean pesto chicken and halloumi kebabs, bursting with flavor and excitement!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Australian Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 150g Pesto Dip
  • 250g haloumi, cut into 16 pieces
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 300g Australian Mediterranean Salad Bowl
Instructions:
  • Heat up a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium heat. Mix the chicken with half of the pesto in a medium bowl.
  • Skewer the chicken, haloumi, and tomatoes, then grill for 10 minutes, flipping occasionally until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • Present the salad beautifully on individual serving plates. Place the skewers on top and generously drizzle with the remaining pesto sauce.
