Create a delicious and easy appetizer with just 4 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (6 oz) smoked salmon lox
  • 1/3 cup refrigerated basil pesto (from 7-oz container)
  • 1/2 cup drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar), cut into thin strips
  • 28 roasted-garlic bagel chips (from 5.5-oz bag)
Instructions:
  • Halve each piece of salmon lengthwise to create a 3/4-inch wide strip. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of pesto on each strip, then top with a roasted bell pepper strip and roll up carefully.
  • Place each deliciously rolled-up roulade on a crunchy bagel chip and serve right away.
