Indulge in this decadent cheesecake for a special treat.
Ingredients:
  • 20 OREO Cookies, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 4 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted, cooled
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine, then press the mixture onto the bottom of a foil-lined 13x9-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with a mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until well combined. Then, add eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition.
  • Set aside 1 cup of the batter. Mix in the chocolate with the rest of the batter and pour it over the crust. Dollop the reserved batter on top.
  • Use a knife to create a beautiful swirl in the batters. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is nearly set. Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
