Easy Philadelphia cheesecake, smooth and creamy, no water bath required. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine crumbs, butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar until well mixed; firmly press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Slowly add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Pour the batter over the crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes, until the center is nearly set. Gently loosen the cake from the pan rim and allow it to cool before removing the rim.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before enjoying.
