Decadent Philly cheesecake topped with luscious cherry filling.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 5 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (19 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Combine crumbs and butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. (For dark, nonstick pans, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).)
  • After baking for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, set aside and keep the oven heated.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in sour cream until fully combined. Then, add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until blended. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Bake for 70 minutes until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and carefully loosen the edges with a knife or spatula. Allow to cool for 1 to 3 hours, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, generously spread the cheesecake with your favorite pie filling. Keep any leftover cheesecake stored in the refrigerator.
