Decadent chocolate cheesecake with crushed cookies base, topped with fresh blueberries.
Ingredients:
  • 24 OREO Cookies, crushed
  • 0.25 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 ounce) package BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine the cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture onto the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan lined with foil. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add chocolate and mix until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one by one, mixing on low speed just until blended. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is nearly set, then let it cool. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Gently lift the cheesecake from the pan using foil and garnish with berries.
