Easy homemade piña colada recipe, no bartender needed!
Ingredients:
  • 500ml (2 cups) chilled pineapple juice
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) white rum
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut cream
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped palm sugar
  • 250.00 ml crushed ice
  • Crushed ice, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine pineapple juice, rum, creamy coconut, palm sugar, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a stylish jug and enjoy over crushed ice right away.
