Cranberry pineapple cinnamon baked chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for perfect baking temperature.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and lay the chicken inside, piercing it with a fork. Top the chicken with cranberry sauce and pineapple, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake dish covered in preheated oven for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear).
