Pineapple Lemonade Spritzers

Tropical pineapple and zesty lemon syrup mixed with sparkling water over ice - a delightful twist on lemonade.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 6 slices lemon
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle carbonated water
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pineapple lemon syrup by mixing pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, and honey in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Let it cool, then refrigerate overnight.
  • Fill 6 glasses with ice and add a slice of lemon to each. Pour 2 fluid ounces of pineapple lemon syrup into each glass. Top off with carbonated water, stir, and enjoy!
