Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9-inch baking pan to prepare for baking.
  • In a large bowl, mix together sugar and butter until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, then gently fold in pineapple and bread cubes. Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish.
