Irresistible pineapple bread pudding - a sought-after holiday delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (5 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 slices white bread, cubed
  • 3 beaten egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Combine the drained pineapple, milk, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl, mix thoroughly. Carefully incorporate the bread cubes until fully soaked. Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the top is lightly golden, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
