4-ingredient no-mix pineapple pudding

Simple four-ingredient pineapple pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 450g can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 320g can sweetened condensed coconut milk (see note)
  • 340g packet Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 125g Certified Organic Unsalted Butter, cut into 12 slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Grease and line a 20cm square baking dish that is 5cm deep.
  • Spread pineapple evenly on the bottom of the pan. Pour condensed milk evenly over pineapple and sprinkle cake mix on top. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out. Arrange butter slices on top, then bake for 40 minutes until golden. Allow it to cool completely in the pan before serving. Enjoy this simple and delicious no-mix pineapple pudding recipe!
