Pink white chocolate mousse

Impress your guests with a beautiful white chocolate mousse.
Ingredients:
  • 180g white chocolate, chopped
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 37.50 gm icing sugar mixture
  • Pink food colouring
  • Rose petals, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Combine chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until smooth, stirring halfway through heating. Let cool for 10 minutes before adding egg yolks.
  • With an electric mixer, whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Incorporate icing sugar and beat for 1 minute until well combined. Add pink food coloring to tint the mixture.
  • Gently fold 1/4 cup of eggwhite mixture into the chocolate mixture then fold in the rest. Spoon the mixture into twelve 1/3 cup dishes. Chill overnight until set. Serve garnished with delicate rose petals.
