Easy pistachio cherry bread with cake mix and pudding mix for a colorful, ice cream-inspired treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup maraschino cherries
  • 0.5 teaspoon green food coloring
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans by greasing and flouring them.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, sour cream, cherries, and food coloring until well combined. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pans. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the tops of the loaves.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then allow to cool.
