Homemade marzipan with almonds and pistachios. Sweet, nutty, versatile.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups blanched almonds
  • 1 cup shelled unsalted, unroasted pistachios
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • water as needed
Instructions:
  • Pulse almonds and pistachios in a food processor until finely ground. Mix in confectioners' sugar, orange blossom water, and water to form a smooth paste. Wrap in aluminum foil and chill in the fridge.
