Delicious one-dish pizza casserole with ground beef, veggies, pepperoni, and mozzarella on top of egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 0.5 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, for about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • 1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain fat. Add cooked egg noodles, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and milk. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
