Pizza dough

You'll never go back after trying this easy pizza dough recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1 kg white bread flour or Tipo '00' flour or 800g strong white bread flour or Tipo '00' flour, plus 200g finely ground semolina flour
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 x 7 g dried yeast sachets
  • 1 tablespoon golden caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Sift flour and salt onto a clean surface, creating a well in the center. In a jug, combine yeast, sugar, and oil with 650ml lukewarm water. Let sit briefly, then pour into the well. Gradually mix flour into the liquid using a fork until a dough forms. Use your hands to knead into a smooth dough. Place in a floured bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for an hour until doubled in size. Knock back the dough to remove air. Divide into balls for pizzas or store in the fridge. Roll out the dough into circles before cooking or refrigerate until ready to use.
