Prepare a large pizza dough batch for convenient, delicious homemade pizzas on demand.
Ingredients:
  • 250g bread and pizza plain flour
  • 1 tsp instant dried yeast
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 2.25 gm sugar
  • 150ml water
  • 13.80 gm olive oil, plus extra to grease
Instructions:
  • 1. In a large bowl, sift the flour. Add the yeast, salt, and sugar, and mix well. 2. Create a well in the center and pour in the water and oil. Mix until just combined. 3. Use your hands to form the dough into a ball.
  • Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Drizzle more oil into a large clean bowl, add the dough, and coat it by turning it around. Cover with a clean tea towel and set aside in a warm, draft-free spot for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Gently press the dough in the bowl to remove any excess air, then transfer to a floured surface to proceed with your pizza recipe of choice.
