Savory baked rotini with hearty ground beef, spicy pepperoni, and rich spaghetti sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 ounces sliced pepperoni sausage
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. 2. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. 3. Drain pasta.
  • Brown the beef and onion in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess grease. Mix in spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, and cooked pasta, then transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and golden, about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
