Homemade gourmet pizza recipe for a delicious and affordable meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 440g bought pizza base with tomato paste
  • 5 bocconcini, thickly sliced
  • 80g (1/2 cup) pitted black olives
  • 80g baby rocket leaves
  • 30g (1/3 cup) shaved parmesan
  • 7 thin slices prosciutto, torn in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 250°C and position a shelf at the lowest level. Then, place your pizza base on a round pizza tray or baking tray and generously top it with flavorful bocconcini and olives.
  • Bake on the bottom oven rack for 8 minutes or until the bocconcini cheese melts and the crust turns crispy.
  • Combine the arugula and parmesan in a bowl.
  • Serve the pizza topped with prosciutto and arugula mixture.
