Ingredients:
  • 2 prepared plain pizza bases
  • 198.00 gm prepared basil pesto
  • 200g bocconcini, halved
  • 125g marinated artichokes, cut into wedges
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • Place 2 pizza trays in the oven on separate shelves and preheat both trays and the oven to 250°C.
  • Coat pizza bases with pesto. Top with bocconcini, artichokes, prosciutto, and tomatoes. Give a generous spray of olive oil.
  • Gently place the pizzas onto the hot trays and bake for 15 minutes until they turn golden and the cheese becomes soft. Accompany with fresh salad greens.
