Quick and easy dinner idea: One ingredient poached eggs ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Heat 2 to 3 inches of water in a 10-inch skillet or 2-quart saucepan until boiling. Then, lower the heat until the water gently simmers with slow rising bubbles just below the surface.
  • Gently crack an egg into a small dish. Lower the dish near the water and slide the egg in. Repeat with the rest of the eggs.
  • Poach eggs for 3 to 5 minutes until whites and yolks are set. Gently lift eggs out with a slotted spoon.
