Indulge in creamy sweet cheese filling for delicious Polish nalesniki, a delightful treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 12 crepes
  • 1 tablespoon butter, divided
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend ricotta cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Add egg yolk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, and blend until fluffy.
  • Evenly distribute the cheese mixture onto the crepes. Spread it out thinly and roll up the crepes around the filling.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Cook 3 crepes in the butter until warmed, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Repeat this process with the rest of the butter and crepes.
