Cream cheese-filled dill pickles wrapped in beef, perfect with buttery crackers on the side.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar dill pickle spears, drained
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 (2.5 ounce) packages thin-sliced beef luncheon meat
Instructions:
  • Pat pickles dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread a generous 1/4 inch layer of cream cheese on each slice of lunch meat. Roll the meat around a pickle. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate and cut into circular pieces.
