Marinated chicken sautéed with onions and peppers, served with warm tortillas, salsa, and sour cream for a delicious homemade fajitas experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken to the sauce, ensuring it's coated well. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate covered for several hours.
  • In a hot skillet, sizzle chicken strips in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in onion and green pepper, sauté for 3 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
