Create a tropical Polynesian salad with fresh watermelon, canned pineapple, coconut, and creamy evaporated milk for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 seedless watermelon, halved and sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
Instructions:
  • Using a fork, grate watermelon from the rind into a large bowl, ensuring no large chunks remain. Mix in water, pineapple, evaporated milk, and coconut. Stir in sugar until dissolved, then squeeze in lime juice.
