Make adorable 3-D poop emoji cookies with sugar eyes for emoji lovers of all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, or as needed
  • 90 candy eyeballs
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Rub in the butter using your fingers until the mixture looks like small crumbs. Stir in milk and egg until a soft dough forms. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Shape the dough into 8-inch ropes, tapering one end to a point. Form each rope into a poop-shaped mound with the pointed tip at the top. Place them on the baking sheet with some space between each cookie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly darkened on the bottom and dried. Then, transfer the baked goods from the baking sheet to a wire rack to cool completely for about 2 hours.
  • Combine 3 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar with lemon juice to create a thin icing. Attach 2 candy eyeballs to each poop cookie and allow them to set.
