Refreshingly moist raspberry poke cake made with lemon-lime soda, perfect cold treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Follow the instructions on the cake mix package to prepare and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Use a fork to poke holes in the hot cake.
  • Prepare gelatin by dissolving it in boiling water, then mix in the lemon-lime soda. Pour the warm mixture over the cake. Allow the cake to cool completely, then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before frosting.
  • Whisk instant pudding and milk until thick, then drizzle over cake. Top cake with whipped topping and refrigerate until serving.
